 The Byre
Warleggan, near Bodmin,United Kingdom
Mennabroom is a medieval manor farmhouse in a secluded and peaceful valley south of Bodmin Moor, surrounded by an AONB that includes the lakes, rivers, rock formations and the highest peaks of the least frequented and eroded moorland in Europe. Its listed former barns are now warm, comfortable, well-equipped cottages. It is 1 mile from Colliford Lake and 2 miles from St. Neot. Nearby are an unparalleled archaeological heritage, riding, fishing, flying, walking, watersports, golf, the Eden Project, many NT houses, good pubs and the beautiful cliffs and beaches of both Cornish coasts. The owners take pride in personal service and, in particular, welcoming repeat visitors who have become friends. Young children must be supervised due to river & ponds. Shop and pubs 2 miles.
Six steps lead down to entrance. Ground floor: Sitting room/kitchen/dining room with beamed Apex ceiling, 1 double bedroom, shower room with toilet & basin.
