There are many wonderful walks in this AONB and the South West Coast path with its stunning scenery is not far away. Charmouth with its fossils and Weymouth with its sandy beaches are both nearby. Inland towards Dorchester, there are Bronze Age barrows and an Iron Age hill fort. Bike hire available locally. A perfect base to explore West Dorset.
