Mill Cottage is a character dwelling, renovated in keeping with its 17th century origins, and is part of the owners listed home. Leat Cottage is a detached, well appointed barn conversion with the lounge on the upper floor taking advantage of the views. Guests have shared use of the grounds with the opportunity to fish from the riverbank. Bampton offers good village amenities and is one of the gateways to Exmoor National Park with many activities, outdoor pursuits and historical interests. The superb West Somerset and North Devon coastlines are an easy drive, as is access to the larger towns of Tiverton, Taunton and Exeter.
