Merchant House is a detached Grade II listed town house situated in the old High Street in the heart of the popular coastal town of Wells-next-the-Sea. Located nearby Holkham Hall and the spectacular Holkham beach (used for many film shoots, such as Shakespeare in Love). The Royal house at Sandringham is less than 20 miles away and is open to the public when the royal family is not in residence. Shops and pubs 100 yards.
