These delightful cottages are set within the grounds of the old rectory with commanding, panoramic views over unspoilt countryside towards Dartmoor yet just a short drive to North Cornwall's stunning heritage coast. This hidden gem provides a tranquil retreat in which to banish the stresses of everyday life. A pretty rose and lavender arboured walk leads you through the grounds to the cottages. All are presented to a very good standard and each has its own patio area, the perfect place for summer barbecues or al fresco dining. Guests are invited through the camellia's take you to the short tennis lawn which can also be used for badminton and croquet and the large orchard with children's play area is the perfect spot for a picnic. North Tamerton sits on the Cornwall/Devon border overlooking the upper reaches of the Tamar, and is equidistant between the picturesque seaside town of Bude and the historic market town of Launceston. Beautiful unspoilt sandy beaches below rugged cliffs are in abundance, ideal for surfing or exploring the many rock pools at low tide. The spectacular NT coastal path is a must as are the evocative villages of Clovelly, Port Isaac, Tintagel and Padstow. A stunning location that has something for everyone, fishing, golf and riding are available locally and walkers and cyclists will be spoilt for scenic routes whilst the wild majesty of Exmoor, Dartmoor, Bodmin Moor and the famous Eden Project are all easily accessible.
