This delightful family house is set in a picturesque wooded valley with decorative lake. Built in 1904, it has been updated to provide comfortable, tastefully furnished accommodation. In the grounds of the owners' home, guests have access to the pool and games room provided for other holidaymakers on a 120 acre touring caravan park, from Spring Bank to 6th September. Coarse fishing on-site and bike hire locally. Bridleways lead off from Ninham to woodlands, the Downs and the island's extensive footpaths and cycle routes. Nearby, Shanklin has child friendly sandy beaches and numerous family attractions. Discover many places of interest including Carisbrooke Castle, Osborne House, Roman Villas, the amazing rock formation of the Needles, breathtaking Heritage Coastline, various NT houses, Ventnor Botanic Gardens, Shanklin Chine, glass blowing, pottery and water sports. There are plenty of picturesque villages including historic Godshill with its church and thatched cottages. Shop 1/2 mile, pubs serving food 11/2 miles.
