The cottages form a courtyard and the remaining crewyard has been converted into an indoor swimming pool, games room with full size snooker table and seating area. Both cottages retain many original features and are heavily beamed. They offer an ideal base for exploring this prettty area (an AONB), with the coast at Cleethorpes, 5 miles. Mablethorpe is 15 miles. The Georgian market town of Louth is 10 miles, whilst the historic city of Lincoln is 35 miles. Visit the nature reserve, 7 miles, and spot the seals. For those who enjoy horse racing, Market Rasen is 15 miles. The area is ideal for country pursuits, including fishing, golfing, shooting, walking and sailing at Covenham Watersports Centre approx 2 miles. Concessionary golf at the owners 18 hole golf course can be made available, only 2 miles away. Fishing on 4 private waters, and driven days of game shooting both available by direct arrangement with the owners. Shops 11/2 miles, pub within 1 mile.
