This spacious house is situated just a few hundred yards from the bustling centre of Newquay with its numerous shops, bars and restaurants and its busy and varied nightlife. This property is ideally placed to take advantage of the South West coastal path where you can take in some of the finest views of the Atlantic Ocean, or take a leisurely stroll along the many sandy beaches that Newquay has to offer, some of which are just a few hundred yards from your door! There is something for everyone, including the zoo, boating lake, sports complex, which includes a fun pool with slides, and tennis courts. There is also The Blue Reef Aquarium which is situated on Towan Beach which is approximately 5 minutes walk from the property. The famous surfing beach at Fistral is a 20 minute walk away, and here they hold many international surfing competitions, or try your hand at learning to surf or just sit and enjoy the wonderful scenery. Iideally situated to visit the many attractions that Cornwall has to offer including the Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and St Ives with its cobbled streets, interesting shops and variety of restaurants and pubs, pay a visit to the Tate Gallery or stroll along the beach. Padstow is a short drive away, the home of Rick Stein's famous seafood restaurant and cookery school. You will be spoilt for choice whether you are looking for a relaxing beach holiday, plenty of tourist attractions or a surfing holiday this is the place for you.
