Adjoining the owner's home, which also serves as the local, part time, post office accessed down the garden path, this cosy cottage is peacefully situated in the South Hams countryside. Totnes is nearby with its Norman castle with motte and bailey. Dartmouth, also close to hand, with narrow streets and ancient buildings, a former fishing port and smugglers haunt. A trip on the River Dart is a must. For the more energetic, there are many walks, golf, fishing, sailing and surfing. This is an AONB with rolling hills, wooded valleys and patchwork of fields. Here, you can visit NT gardens or just relax on the many beaches. Shop 11/2 miles and pub 100 yards.
