In a conservation area, you can enjoy lovely walks through the fields, orchards and woods with spectacular views over the Weald, or partake in a spot of fishing on a two acre private lake. Visit Canterbury, Rochester, Sissinghurst (NT), Penshurst, Hever and the spa town of Tunbridge Wells. There are golf courses and a leisure centre close by, complete with wave machine. M26 and M20 are only 4 miles giving access to the Kent coast and continent, 1 hour. Gatwick , 45 minutes. London, 40 minutes by train. Shops 11/2 miles, pub 1/2 mile.
