With the dramatic backdrop of the often snowcapped Cairngorm mountains and hundreds of acres of Abernethy Forest (RSPB owned) Nethy Bridge spans the lower reaches of the River Nethy a mile before it reaches the River Spey, one of Scotland's foremost salmon rivers. Enjoy outdoor activities here, from fishing, tennis, bowling and golf to guided wildlife walks in the Abernethy Forest and, of course, skiing in winter. Shops and pub 1/2 mile.
