This delightful cottage boasts a plethora of exposed beams and flagstone floors, creating a wealth of charm and character in an ideal location. Bidford-on-Avon is a picturesque village 6 miles downstream from Stratford-Upon-Avon. It has a bridge crossing the river that was built by monks 600 years ago and is a popular mooring point for canal boats. Within the village centre once stood the Falcon Inn which was said to have been frequented by Shakespeare. Shops 200 yards, pub 100 yards.
Lower ground floor: Dining room. Ground floor: Lounge with beams, kitchen, conservatory, second lounge, separate toilet & basin, 10 steps up to bathroom with shower over bath, toilet & basin. First floor: 2 double bedrooms with sloping ceilings, one with 5ft bed.
