Formally a warehouse for the brewery, the house has been tastefully restored and decorated to a very good standard, making this an ideal base for a family holiday. Only 100 metres to the quay, Topsham has so much to offer, including fine restaurants, local shops, pubs that serve wonderful real ales, tearooms serving some of the best cream teas, an outdoor heated swimming pool and a bird sanctuary. Topsham is ideal for walkers as it is close to the Jurassic coastal path, taking in Sidmouth, Lyme Regis, Beer and Branscombe. Exeter is 4 miles away offering more shops, a wonderful cathedral - look out for the carving of the one eyed cat, and the old canal, take a trip on the many river cruises. Sandy beaches of Dawlish, Teignmouth, Paignton and Torquay are all a short car journey away. Shop 100 yards, pub 50 yards.
