Many walks can be enjoyed on the nearby coastal paths and the World Heritage coastline. To the east is the area known as the Purbecks where you can enjoy NT Corfe Castle, Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Monkey World and Tank museum. To the west enjoy the coast road with its wonderful views, chocolate box villages such as Abbotsbury with its Swannery and sub tropical gardens. Shop and pub ¼ mile.
