This Scandinavian Lodge lies in Kenwick Woods at the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, near the Georgian market town of Louth. The woods are part of the grounds of Kenwick Park Hotel, home to a Leisure Club and a Golf Club, which offers extensive leisure facilities including a magnificent heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, gymnasium, squash and tennis courts and a crèche for the under 5's. The lodge itself is situated down a gravel lane, about half a mile from the hotel/leisure club. Close to the 12th fairway, guests wishing to use the private course can do so upon payment of a specially reduced green fee; which includes use of the golf clubhouse. In the hotel/leisure club there is a beauty salon and sunbeds, available to anyone wishing to pamper themselves, as well as a bar and restaurant ideal for guests wishing to stay close to home and relax. Perfectly situated for both the countryside and the coast, excursions to explore the beautiful Wolds, the many sandy beaches, nearby nature reserves and the shopping centre and cathedral city of Lincoln should be a rewarding experience.
