Guests have use of 2 acre-grounds bordering onto the Tarn, with coarse fishing licences available locally. Kendal is a great mix of history with castles, museums and old buildings, as well as tempting shops, tea rooms and riverside walks. The Lake District and Yorkshire Dales are renowned for their scenery and the views from the tops of the Fells are amazing.
