It looks out over the sweeping Northumberland coastline to the Farne Islands and a magnificent beach is just across the road. There is a large secluded garden at the rear looking out onto fields. Seahouses is a fishing village and the area makes a good base for exploring the splendid beaches and castles. Beadnell, 2 miles to the south, formerly an important fishing village and smugglers haunt, now enjoys a reputation as a centre for sailing. Holy Island with its fairytale castle is also nearby. The National Park and Cheviots are within easy reach. The city of Newcastle with its fabulous shopping facilities, theatre and restaurants, as well as the Metro Centre at Gateshead can be reached in just over an hour's drive. Golf, riding and fishing are also available. Shops and pub ½ mile.
