Seagulls enjoys far-reaching, spectacular views across the Blakeney salt-marshes from full-length windows in the first floor living room. It is set at the end of a quiet no-through road with a sheltered, secluded garden. Over the road is the village playing field with tennis courts. Inside, the house is warm, conveneient and attractive - practical for families with children, yet well-furnished to be relaxing and comfortable for the older generation. Blakeney Quay is a short walk past the village shop (with bacon for the ever-obliging crabs). From here is access to the marsh or up to the village with more shops, inns, restaurants. Blakeney is a bird-watcher's paradise; the coastal path runs in front of the house, there are seals at Blakeney Point, and it is surrounded by beautiful countryside walks. Holkham's vast sandy beach is just 8 miles, closer are the shops in the little town of Holt.
