These three stone cottages (property refs CP17, CP61 and CP16) are set in the quiet village of Dartington, they have been restored to retain a wealth of original features and character, with exposed beams and stone fireplaces (decorative only). Each enjoys its own enclosed rear garden with plenty of parking to the front. Less than a 5 minute stroll takes you to the famous 14th century thatched Cott Inn, renowned for its food and local beer. A 10 minute walk and you will find Dartington Cider Press Centre, where local arts and crafts and the famous Dartington Crystal are for sale. Historic Totnes is a mile away, and offers a weekly Elizabethan market, with the locals dressing in traditional costumes. From Totnes take a boat trip to Dartmouth and then return by steam train to Paignton and the 'English Riviera'.
