This 16th century Perigordian maison de maître lies in a peaceful and charming walled garden, beside the village square, in the heart of this historic village. Brantôme is a detached stone cottage within the garden wall and L'Echoppe adjoins the main house with separate access to the private gardens and village square. Agonac is situated in a pleasant wooded region and is one of "Les Villages Truffiers aux portes de Périgueux". It is very conveniently placed for exploration of the many historic tourist attractions of the Dordogne. The owners, who also offer Chambres d'Hotes in their house, speak English, Spanish, French and German and offer a warm welcome to you. The accommodation in both properties is all very comfortable, beautifully restored, modernised and furnished to a high standard with many antiques.
