 Les Biches
Lannéanou, Finistère,France
This little semi-detached house, beside the English owner's home, is located in a charming hamlet surrounded by wooded hills halfway between the rocky coast of Léon and the Armorique Natural Park in the Monts d'Arrée. Le Roc Trévezel, home to imps and goblins according to legend, is close by, within a vast area of moorland and granite rocks standing at some 384 metres. For an example of Breton architecture, head for the town of Morlaix with its old town laden with museums and old churches, its famous viaduct and busy yachting harbour. The popular maritime town of Roscoff also makes for a fun day out. Relax in the soothing waters of the thalassotherapy centre or explore the Jardin Exotique.
