These three houses are set in a landscaped garden, surrounded by large lawned grounds. The houses are totally independent and separated by hedges, and each house has a modern, bright interior as well as a wide south facing terrace with garden furniture and built in barbecue. The shared external games room provides table tennis and table football, whilst the shared outdoor heated swimming pool has a contra current which is sure to delight all the family. Just a 5 minute drive leads to the famous family seaside resort of Le Pouldu, with its sandy beach and variety of watersports. The river Laita is even closer, and you can hire canoes to paddle along the wooded banks of Carnoët forest. The charming town of Quimperlé is a 15 minute drive to the north - visit the delightful old quarter with its medieval church and numerous bars and restaurants. For outdoor enthusiasts, there are lovely rambles to be enjoyed through the forest along the river Laita, or discover the hiking trails of the Montagnes Noires where you can see the famous Roches du Diable (the Devil's Rocks).
