These three houses, recently built are set in a landscaped and in-bloom garden which extends to a large lawned ground. Each house is totally independent, separated by hedges and flowers. Only a five minute drive away is the sandy beach of Le Pouldu, a famous family seaside resort which provides a range of water sport opportunities. The river Laita, affected by tides from Quimperlé to Le Pouldu is just a three minute drive away, and it is a real pleasure to descend it in canoe/kayak in total security thanks to its low current flowing between the wooded banks to the forest of Carnoet and the large sandbanks in the middle of its course. Travel north and visit Quimperlé (15 minutes), a charming little town with its medieval church set around an old quarter with pubs and cafés. For the fans of walking; as well as the rambles along the river Laita through the forest, discover the hiking trails of the ?Montagnes Noires? where you can enjoy the scenery of the Roches-du-Diable (devil's rock) among a chaos of huge rocks planted each side of the fast flowing section of the river where daring canoeists dice with the rocky waters.
