On a pedestrian island in the heart of the lively seaside resort of Cap d'Agde, which boasts both a clean harbour and beach awards, shops, boutiques and restaurants. There are suspended gardens and underground garaging with direct access to your house and a reception desk to organise yachting services or reserve leisure activities. Cap Coast 1 and 2 face the gleaming yachts in the harbour, and Cap Side overlooks the sea channel separating the island from the resort. There are 14 km of sandy beaches, an 18 hole golf course, an international tennis club, a casino, Aqualand or try jet ski-ing, windsurfing or kite surfing! There are private moorings for your own boat, or hire one to await you. The area is renowned for excellent seafood, locally farmed oysters and mussels, along with monk fish stew and clams. Visit the old greek town of Agde with its busy weekly market, the old roman port of Narbonne which has interesting archeological museums or cosmopolitan Montpellier, with its elegant town centre.
