The friendly English owners live in the adjoining house and have their own wine cave. Indeed, the area has many caves and troglodyte dwellings to explore, as well as three 18-hole (par 72) golf courses within 30 minutes' drive. It is also popular with walkers, cyclists and bird watchers. Visit Angers and Saumur, with their impressive châteaux, both within easy reach and Le Mans racing circuit. Angers airport 20 minutes away.
