An imposing property dating back to the late 18th century, Château de Kermadio has been converted into a small group of six apartments, set within a huge area of private parkland. The interiors have been refurbished with good quality, modern furnishings and are decorated tastefully in light pastel colours. The friendly owners live near the château, and are happy to give information and advice on local tourist attractions. The popular resort of Auray is just a short drive away, where you can while away the hours exploring the medieval streets before spending the afternoon on the beach. There is a wide range of activities available locally, including horse-riding, sailing and an excellent golf course at Baden. The ancient maritime city of Vannes is also within easy reach.
