This jewel of a village house has been restored, with a private terrace for candlelit dinners, overlooking the cloisters and its gardens. Each bedroom has en-suite facilities; ideal for two couples sharing a holiday, but there is also space for two more adults or children. A Hammam, covered swimming pool and surrounding solarium with sunloungers (shared with two houses opposite) are available. Grillon is a typical Provençal village and is an excellent base for trips either to Drôme, or to the vineyards of the Côtes du Rhône. The Lubéron region is close by with its hilltop villages such as Gordes, Bonnieux, Ménerbes and Roussillon. A simple pleasure is just going to the local markets where you will find fresh local produce. A visit to Grignan, 4km away, with its medieval château, special boutiques and variety of shops is also recommended.
