These two delightful cottages are situated in quiet countryside, only 10 minutes from the Atlantic coast with its miles of beautiful beaches and pine forests. They are set amid 25 acres of superb woodlands and meadows, in which to stroll and relax, perhaps glimpsing some of the wildlife of this unspoilt haven. La Chenaie and La Roseraie are part of the expertly renovated traditional farm building. Both are comfortably furnished to a good standard and well-equipped. In addition, La Roseraie is designed for wheelchair access. The owners' house is on-site and in the grounds is a large heated pool with sun terrace, set apart from the cottages and fully fenced, as well as a children's play area. There is also a games room with table football and a pool table for which a small charge is made. The nearby town of Luçon provides an excellent twice-weekly market and top quality restaurants. There are two good golf courses within easy reach, water sports at the coast and fishing nearby. There is an excellent choice of day trips, including La Rochelle or the bustling resort of Les Sables d'Olonne.
