They share a lovely outside area which includes a large swimming pool, a paddling pool for children, garden and barbecue. The properties are set near to the characterful and charming village of Saint Juire-Chamgillon with its old stone houses, and is also very well placed for visiting Vendée. The nearby towns of St. Hermine and Luçon provide markets and top quality restaurants. A wealth of visits and day trips can be enjoyed nearby, including La Rochelle with its street cafés and superb aquarium, or the canals of Green Venice. The history theme park of Le Puy du Fou, Les Sables d'Olonne, Noirmoutier Island and l'Ile d'Yeux make excellent days out.
