A cosy thatched cottage with roses round its door (right of photograph), Little Holme is typical of the pretty properties which make Lustleigh one of Devon's most picturesque villages. One of a pair centrally set on the village green, close to the church and the Primrose Tea Rooms (famous for its superb cream teas), it is convenient for the village shops, inn and restaurant. The surrounding moorland offers superb walking, riding, bird-watching and touring - with Widecombe, Chagford and Haytor all close by. Teignmouth 30minutes by car. Lustleigh hosts excellent country fairs every May Day and August Bank Holiday.
