It is situated on the ground and first floors of a small group of properties (below balcony in photograph) and the sea is only 5yards away! It is less than a half-mile walk away from the fishing village of Mevagissey with its restaurants, inns, shops, fishing trips and boat hire. Ideally situated for the Eden Project near St Austell (7miles), with the Lost Gardens of Heligan, one of Cornwall's most popular attractions, 2miles. Seasonal pub 50yards.
