Located just 3miles from the A38 it affords rapid access to the attractions this scenic region has to offer. Nearby beaches include Bigbury-on-Sea (6miles) and Blackpool Sands (8miles). The Norman town of Totnes (5miles) has over 1,000 years of history to explore, with an array of boutiques and shops specialising in arts, crafts, antiques, books and unusual gifs. The popular yachting centre of Salcombe offers fine beaches and superb cliff top footpaths just 8miles distant, with Dartmouth (also 8miles) and Modbury (4miles) also well worth a visit.
