Market Drayton, 3 miles, boasts a golf course, leisure centre and swimming pool. A 20 mile drive from the Welsh borders, it is convenient for Alton Towers, Hawkstone Park, and the potteries of Stoke-on-Trent, with NT properties at Altingham, Shugborough and Weston Park. Guests are invited to walk amongst the 20-acre lands and enjoy the peace of the adjacent 6-acre lake (fishing available by arrangement-9lb fish have been caught). Shops, pubs and restaurants 3 miles.
