These two delightful barn conversions (HEEX The Garden Barn and HWP Higher Broadaford Barn) are beautifully situated close to Dartmoor National Park. The Garden Barn is a cosy holiday cottage with a romantic feel, and its own Mediterranean-style sunken patio garden. Higher Broadaford Barn has rural views and has been tastefully and lovingly restored to an excellent standard boasting some unique features. Both barns have stunning stonework, with the interiors cosy yet contemporary with a great mixture of original beams, granite lintels and modern kitchens. Both are truly a little piece of heaven in Devon. Mothecombe (6 miles) has a superb sandy beach, and Plymouth’s Aquarium, Mayflower Steps at the Barbican and Plymouth Hoe are all just a short drive away. Totnes, a handsome market town, is easily reached and cruises can be taken to Dartmouth during the summer months. Walking can be enjoyed along the South Devon Coastal Path, much of which lies within NT land. Bird-watching and fishing locally.
