The holiday property is only 6 minutes from Whalton Village and Belsay Village and a short drive to the picturesque town of Morpeth with shops and pubs for all ages. Located in the heart of the North East, providing easy access to explore the magnificent Heritage coastline of Northumberland or only 30 minutes to the newly designed quayside, shops, restaurants and galleries in Newcastle. The Cheviots, Hexham, Hadrian's Wall and Durham are all in easy reach of this excellent location. Closer to home is Bolam Lake with its popular picnic area for families, Wallington Hall, Belsay Hall or Morpeth with its Bagpipe Museum and Craft Chantry. Nearby is Bamburgh with its magnificent Bamburgh Castle and the quaint market town of Alnwick and the spectacular Alnwick Gardens designed by the Duchess of Northumberland. National Trust properties nearby include Warren House Gill, Horden, Beacon Hill, Hawthorne Dene, Moorhouse Woods, Ormesby Hall and Moulton Hall.
