This splendid, detached house offers exceptionally light and spacious holiday accommodation with a sumptuous feel, having been recently constructed to offer a very high standard of fittings and furnishings, whilst also providing every modern convenience. There are two separate kitchens - ideal for undertaking larger dinner parties - and a separate dining-room. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and TV for extra comfort, and there is also a snooker table located in the living room for additional entertainment. The property is situated near a large family pub/restaurant and a small holiday development and has views of the surrounding countryside to the rear. The island's largest town, Ryde, lies approximately two miles distant and has a lively nightlife with plenty of pubs and restaurants. There is a marina and a pier - which is the terminus for the high speed passenger ferry from Portsmouth. The long stretch of beach is flanked by many cafes, a play area, ten pin bowling, an ice rink and golf. Further afield there are a host of attractions, including Osbourne House and Carisbrooke Castle, as well as wildlife and country parks - enough to keep the whole family entertained. For outdoor enthusiasts, there are many excellent scenic walks, as well as sailing, fishing and horse riding all available locally.
