Ideally placed for visiting the setting of A.A. Milne's and E.H. Shephard's Winnie the Pooh stories and exploring `The Enchanted Places and Pooh Sticks Bridge!', Hartfield also offers good pubs and food alongside tea rooms. Visit the Ashdown Llama Park, Hammerwood Park - once owned by Led Zeppelin in the 1970s and now being restored, Royal Tunbridge Wells, approximately 7 miles, and also ride the Spa Valley Railway to Groombridge.
