In a very rural location near Clyffe Pypard village, 3 miles from the small market town of Wootton Bassett, lies Parsonage Farm. The 19th-century red brick barns have been beautifully converted into modern spaces with consideration given to quality for the interiors and exteriors. Use of geothermal underfloor heating and heated water and use of bespoke green oak structures and original timbers brings wonderful warmth to the buildings. Each barn has a large lawn and patio area with privacy as well as distant views of the countryside – including the local White Horse on the hillside of Broad Town village. The holiday properties lie very close to the Ridgeway footpath trail and the Wiltshire Cycle Way. Nearby are Swindon, Stonehenge, the Avebury Stone Circle and trendy Bath, Lacock village, Marlborough, Castle Coombe, Longleat, Cirencester and Malmsbury (with abbey and gardens). Several excellent golf courses nearby as well as lovely pubs and wonderful eateries. Many walks to enjoy around the fields of the farm and on public footpaths.
