There is sea fishing on the doorstep and an abundance of wildlife can be seen in its natural habitat, including otters and seals. Mountain bikes are available to hire, in order to explore the breathtaking island, which is also very popular with walking enthusiasts. Port Appin offers excellent restaurants with good shellfish. The popular bustling town of Oban known as the `Gateway to the Isles' is half an hour's drive.
