This is a completely renovated small farm cottage, with the original beams and open stone work retained. It is situated in a quiet valley surrounded by meadows and woods but is not completely isolated. There is a covered terrace and steps down to a gravelled open terrace below. The pretty little village of Orliac is perched up on a hilltop nearby; close by is Belvès, with its covered market, the châteaux of Beynac and Castelnaud. The Sunday market at St. Cyprien is recommended for fresh local produce, and a visit to the medieval town of Sarlat is a must!
