This little house, immaculately maintained, is situated in a peaceful hamlet in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise wine-growing area. The property interior is both charming and comfortable, with soft furnishings. An attic conversion provides a small but comfortable twin bedroom from where the vineclad slopes can be seen. Although there are some neighbouring houses there is plenty of space to enjoy. Beaune, the region's wine capital, famous for its medieval hospices, is just half an hour away, and Givry itself has a popular cycle track linking it to the very attractive village of Cluny in the south. The town of Chalon-sur-Saône boasts a swimming pool and a golf course.
