La Roque-Alric is a picturesque village where the houses, in particular the church, seem embedded into the cliff face. Just a few minutes away is Beaumes-de-Venise with good basic shops and its famous Muscat, the fine sweet wine. This modern little house is set at the foot of the village, with a nice front terrace and to one side, views up to the 'roque' itself and across the valleys to the limestone ridges of the 'Dentelles de Montmirail'. The interior is surprisingly spacious with tiled floors throughout and good quality fittings. There is a jacuzzi-bath outside on the rear terrace, wonderful for relaxing in!
