This compact apartment overlooks communal gardens to the rear (not pool-side) and has access to a large communal pool that overlooks the sea. The famous 'Balcon de Europa' can be seen from the gardens. A parking card is obtainable on arrival for parking outside the apartment (not a reserved space).
