It is traditionally built in Andalucían style. Tiled stairs lead to the first floor living and dining room, which is open-plan to the simple kitchenette. Open-sided stairs lead up to the pretty double bedroom and shower room. Istán's narrow streets are best enjoyed on foot. Cars are usually left at the parking area at the entrance to village, although you can get nearer to the house to unload your luggage. Occasional fiestas are held in the village.
Set on the edge of the National Park of the Sierra de las Nieves, this village house offers superb mountain views.
