'S'Alqueria' is a spacious renovated farmhouse set along a country road, within walking distance of the unspoilt hilltop village of Campanet. It is also within easy driving distance of the sandy bays and coastal resorts of Puerto Pollença and Puerto Alcúdia.
The attractive interior is traditionally furnished, with tiled floors and beams in some rooms. The large, enclosed courtyard has a shady porch and a built-in barbecue. Being on a raised level, the lovely pool and adjoining sun terrace (reached via steps and a path through the fruit orchard) offer splendid views to the Serra de Tramuntana mountains. This area is fenced-in and gated and can be made out of bounds.
