This charming house is situated away from the busy centre, but within walking distance of all amenities, in the higher part of Ericeira. It enjoys a private garden for alfresco dining.
Ericeira is a lovely old fishing village which retains much of its original character whilst providing lots of attractions for visitors, including beautiful sandy beaches, plenty of bars and restaurants, tennis, mini-golf and a public swimming pool. This property is furnished with some lovely antique pieces including a beautiful sideboard in the dining room (made from a pair of old doors!). The sitting room has a fireplace for cooler evenings and glass doors that open into a conservatory. The bedrooms are situated down a hallway and are very light, welcoming and comfortable. The garden is completely fenced, so is ideal for children, and a covered barbecue makes for enjoyable evenings outdoors. About thirty minutes away there is the baroque palace and monastery of Mafra (the beautiful library is a must-see!), and lovely Sintra, with its royal palaces and toy museum.
