Crovie village is a traditional fishing village with great character and no road running through to spoil the charm of this unique spot. Local Hero was filmed in nearby Pennan. This is the ideal base for exploring the north east corner of Scotland including Braemar, Inverness and all the quaint unspoilt villages. Bird-watching, golf and cliff tops walks are available for the more energetic.
