A charming, renovated semi-detached farmhouse with many original features, including exposed stone walls and oak beams, the garden areas are extensive and consist mostly of lawns and fruit trees.
The pretty hamlet is in the Southern area of the Charente, close to the borders with the Dordogne and Limousin (Limoges is the nearest airport) and is a good base to tour and discover the three departments of South West France.
The Lakes of Haute Charente, the preserved Martyr village of Oradour sur Glane, Brandy tasting in Cognac, river trips on the Charente and the chateaux of Gençay and Chavigny are just a few of the many interesting places to visit and are all within easy driving distance.
