This singe storey semi-detached farmhouse is on the outskirts of the town of Grignols.
Périgueux is approximately 15.5 miles (25km), Bergerac and its world famous vineyards is approximately 19 miles (30km). The house adjoins an ancient watermill and the relaxing sound of running water can be heard from the garden. The gardens are private and have wonderful views across open countryside.
The town square in Grignols which has a bakery, shop and two bar/restaurants is approximately 0.75 miles (1km).
