Situated in one of Brittany's heritage villages, this old stone built town end terraced house looks out onto a small cobbled lane, and is opposite a 16th century church.
The property has an open plan living area with a fireplace, four spacious bedrooms on the first and second floors, and many original features throughout the property.
The village of Rochefort-en-Terre is very pretty, with many lovely shops, restaurants, a lake and a château. Further afield are the golden sandy beaches of Damgan (18.5 miles, 30km) and the beautiful Morbihan Gulf. Several rivers are close by.

Electric heating, open fire in lounge, (initial supply of fuel provided), all other fuel and power included in rent May to September, ?35 supplement Oct to April, bed linen included in rent, cot, colour satellite TV, DVD player, video, washing machine, freezer, microwave, on street parking. Sorry, no pets.
